Our first two foals for the season have arrived and both are doing really well. The first, a colt by leading first season sire Smart Missile out of the Stravinsky mare Fornini. This mare produced a stunning full brother to this foal in 2014 which was purchased by BHSB Racing Club for $130K at the Inglis Easter Yearling Sale this year.

Our second foal was born on Wednesday and is the first ever for Coolmore's new sire Rubick to hit the ground. The son of Belle Feline is a big, strong boy and it wouldn't surprise us if his photo is already on his owners mantelpiece!

The foals are dodging the heavy rain we are experiencing at the moment and are tucked up with their mums in their stables enjoying the first few days of life. We're off to a great start and are looking forward to a successful breeding season.
