Scoring a promising debut win at Ballarat on Tuesday was Snitzel three year-old Rosti, whose yearling half-sister by Denman (pictured) will be offered at the 2017 Inglis Classic Yearling Sale by Torryburn Stud.

Prepared by Greg Eurell, Rosti snatched a short neck win in the 1200 metre maiden, moving up three wide with a sustained run to score going away.

Rosti was a $50,000 Inglis Easter Session II purchase for Homann Bloodstock from the Torryburn Stud draft and is a half-brother to Group III placed Aashiq.

He is the second winner for well-bred import Crevice (USA), whose yearling filly by Denman will be offered at Inglis Classic as Lot 419 by Torryburn.
